Biography
French individualist anarchist and illegalist, guillotined in Paris for an attempted train robbery in which a person was killed. Charrier was not the killer, but he defended his illegalist actions and defied the court to take his head. They obliged. He goes to his death at four o'clock in the morning singing the 'Internationale', 'Hymn to the 17th' and 'La Carmagnole'.
