Volin (Во́лин)

Russian anarchist, Makhnovist revolutionary and historian, born. Author of 'Red Fascism' (1934), in which he compared Bolshevism to Fascism. In 1936, with André Prudhommeaux having gone to Spain, Volin took on he took over the editing of 'L’Espagne Antifasciste' (CNT-FAI-AIT), which later became 'L’Espagne Nouvelle' and, like Prudhommeaux, Volin denounced CNT-FAI participation in the Republican government.
